New Member Orientation 2.0 & 3.0

Ready to build on what you learned in your initial orientation?

New Member Orientation 2.0 & 3.0 is an enhanced training series created specifically for REALTORS® who have been in the business six months to three years. These sessions help newer agents deepen their understanding of the real estate industry while gaining practical tools that support long-term success.

During this session, you’ll learn about:

  • Benefits and resources available through UPSTAR, IAR, and NAR
  • Important MLS tips and tools to improve efficiency
  • Industry insights that help you better serve clients
  • Answers to common questions newer agents face in their first years

This program expands on the original New Member Orientation and provides ongoing opportunities for professional growth.

Recommended for: REALTORS® who have completed New Member Orientation and have been licensed six months to three years.
